The visual identity of Residence Vittoria is defined by its fluid, undulating facade. Rather than a rigid, extruded box, the building is wrapped in continuous horizontal balconies that feature a signature inward curve at the center. This sculptural geometry breaks the mass of the tower, creating a dynamic, rhythmic wave that draws the eye upward.
The crisp, white horizontal bands of the slabs are contrasted by a warm, refined palette of bronze-toned vertical panels and expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing. Slender, minimalist railings complete the aesthetic, ensuring unobstructed views while maintaining a lightweight, transparent volume that appears to float elegantly above the recessed ground floor.
The volume of Residence Vittoria is generated directly from its 495 m² footprint. The site’s unique geometry allows the building to open outward on three of its four sides, maximizing natural light and cross-ventilation for every apartment. To preserve the ground floor for high-end amenities, vehicular logistics are externalized to an adjacent 28 m² parcel dedicated exclusively to secure parking, ensuring a clean and pedestrian-focused street-level facade
The ground floor footprint is strictly zoned to separate public commerce from private residential amenities: The Public Edge (Commercial): Wrapping the rounded street corner to maximize retail visibility and urban engagement. The Private Core (Lobby & Guardhouse): A secure, controlled entry sequence, ensuring absolute privacy for residents. The Wellness Zone (Gym & Garden): Tucked away from the street, offering residents an exclusive, light-filled fitness facility connected to a secluded green space
The massing of Residence Vittoria is shaped by both context and comfort. First, the sharp urban intersection is softened with a rounded corner to create a fluid street presence. The envelope is then wrapped in deep, continuous balconies. These undulating overhangs not only define the tower’s signature aesthetic but also maximize private outdoor space, provide crucial solar shading, and shield the apartments from the street
