The building’s identity is defined by its striking "sculptural shells"—a series of fluid, concrete-framed balconies that wrap around the facade. These organic forms do more than provide outdoor space; they act as "windows" (Fenêtres) to the city, framing panoramic views while providing natural shading and a layer of privacy for the residents. The high-contrast palette of textured dark grey stone against the warm timber-toned soffits of the balconies creates a sophisticated, tectonic presence on the skyline.
The interior design follows a philosophy of "quiet luxury." Each of the nine levels is designed to be a sanctuary of light and space. Large floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the boundary between the interior and the sculptural exterior, flooding the living areas with natural light.
Living Spaces: The apartments feature a minimalist aesthetic characterized by clean lines, neutral tones, and high-end materials. A palette of soft greys, whites, and natural textures is punctuated by bespoke lighting and contemporary furnishings, creating an atmosphere of calm and order.
Private Quarters: The bedrooms continue this narrative of refined comfort. Rich wood finishes and deep jewel tones—such as the forest green upholstered bed—add warmth and intimacy, while oversized glazing ensures that the connection to the urban landscape remains a constant backdrop.
