Overview
Archinov is an attempt to bridge the gap between an ever more modern city and its rich architectural heritage. The Archinov tower, at its core, is a building in constant conversation with its surrounding. Located between the Port and the « Independence square », it towers over the historic city center as it looks out onto the Atlantic ocean.

The 20 storey building(offices and apartments) is set to be constructed on a rather narrow plot of 965 m². On the lower levels, the tower adopts a certain geometry to comply with zoning regulations, as it rises, it adopts another to create outdoor gathering spaces and allow sufficient light into the apartments.
